Customer Satisfaction: At Urban Eclectic Life, we stand behind the quality of our items and will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping estimates apply to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii will be higher, please contact us for an exact quote. Charges are applied per address. Some larger and or heavier items may require a delivery surcharge in addition to the estimated shipping charge. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping charges. We are unable to ship to APO addresses or foreign countries.

Delivery: Most items ship within 2-3 weeks. Some select items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Many items are in stock and may ship in as little as 3-5 days. Delivery on custom orders will vary by piece. If you have specific delivery requests, please let us know at the time of your order. We will make every effort to comply. Most items come assembled, limited assembly is required on some items.
Returns and Exchanges: To return or exchange an item, include original receipt, and ship the item prepaid, in original condition to: Urban Eclectic Life Returns, 2442 Chelsea Street, Avon, Ohio 44011. We accept returns for up to 10 days from receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on customized pieces. Depending on your order, a restocking fee may apply. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond.
Please Note: Due to the unique nature of materials used in our designs, every piece will reflect its own personality. Variations can occur in color, texture, grain and final finished appearance. All measurements and weights are approximate. Since each item has its own characteristics, each piece is truly unique. These charming variations add to the originality and authenticity and should not be considered a defect or flaw.
Customizations: Custom sizing can be done on most items. If you are looking for a design you don’t see here, contact us! We are constantly creating new pieces that may not yet appear on our website. Feel free to send us a photo or sketch of your idea if you don’t see something comparable here, and we will work with you to make your vision a reality.
